GENERAL GUIDELINES

• Production Lead Time: Usually in five to ten working days after receipt of plates.

• Minimums: Varies based on size, thickness and type of bag.

Generally, 100 lbs. is our absolute minimum for any custom order. As an example, a plain bag 12"×12", 2 mil thick, would have a minimum of 5,000 pieces. There are no hard and fast rules; please enquire.

• Prices quoted are per thousand bags.
  

• We usually quote FOB our plant. We use a number of carriers for various destinations and will use our best judgment, or send COD. All shipping charges will be billed at cost.
  

• Any taxes, brokerage, or customs duties are extra.
  

• Quantity Variation: All orders under 1,000 lbs. are subject to an Over/Under run variation of +/- 20% and will be billed accordingly. For orders over 10,000 bags, the variation is +/- 10%.

PRINTING

• We print up to six colors, combined, on two sides (e.g. four colors on one side, two on the other, three and three, etc.).

• We specialize in line printing, registered or random.

• All colors available.
  

• Depending on various factors, there may be extra charges for Pantone color matching by number.

PRE-PRESS CHARGES

Artwork

• Please see ARTWORK GUIDELINES page.
  

• Plates are produced from camera-ready artwork or your samples.
  

• We prefer electronic artwork in Adobe Illustrator format (Mac-based). Save files in EPS or AI format. Supply fonts or create outlines before saving.
  

• Design work is available at $120.00/hour with a minimum charge of $40.00.

Plates/Negatives

• Full color proofs are available for $35.00

• Proofs are usually faxed for approval.

• Negatives are required to produce each color plate.

• One Plate is required per color, per side. The only exception is for small bags (under 8½"), which need two sets of plates.

• To calculate plate charges, measure the entire area to be printed, multiplying length by width.

• Plate charges will be quoted individually.

• These are one time charges; repeat orders will not incur plate charges unless changes are requested.
  
  

• If you already have plates, we can arrange release from your current supplier so no repeat costs are necessary.
  

Other Charges

• Slug changes are possible and are typically $40.00 each change.
  

• Color changes may also be charged, depending on colors required for plate changes.

PAYMENT METHODS

First Order: Production to begin upon receipt of payment by Visa or MasterCard.

Accounts:

• We readily open accounts for qualified customers after receipt and processing of your credit application, usually in one week.

• Payment terms are net thirty days from invoice date.

• Please pay from original invoice as statements are not sent.

LIABILITY

No warranties are expressed or implied concerning the usability or suitability of any bag for any particular use or purpose. Under no circumstance are we liable for any loss, damage, or expenses of any kind arising out of the use, or inability to use our products.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee all of our products against manufacturer error and defect. We will arrange for the return of any defective product and offer a speedy replacement or credit.

PRODUCT VARIATIONS

Product dimensions, thickness or gauge of film, handles and imprint color on different styles or sizes thereof, on the same order or from order to order, may very slightly within commercially acceptable standards.
